Booking & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $20 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. You may e-transfer your deposit at blazingspa@hotmail.com

• This deposit is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations, regardless of the reason.

• The deposit may be carried forward only if you reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to fill up forms if you haven't done it online.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we will charge a no-show fee of 50% of the total service value. If you cancel your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full-service value. You may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring fees up to 24 hours before your appointment. 

If you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee the full duration of treatment. If the therapist’s schedule is back-to-back, only the remaining available time will be provided. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Payment Policy: All services are subject to 13% GST/HST. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We accept debit, credit, cash or email transfer.
